In this excerpt from a 1999 video work, Peter Baldes explores moving imagery within two subframes. The sense of movement feels especially heightened when the car is turning. Later, the horizons in each subframe (created by the borders between road and landscape) seem to further subdivide the overall frame into quadrants.
